(“Cafe Bev Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this store and website at www.cafebevco.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are hosted on the Wix.com platform. Certain merchandise offered through the site is printed and shipped by Printful.

We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send promotional emails if you subscribe or otherwise opt in, and (if enabled) to show you advertisements related to the Services. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Security and fraud prevention. We use your personal information to provide a secure payment and shopping experience, detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity, and to secure our services.

Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share information about you for targeted advertising.

Relationship with Wix


The Services are hosted by Wix.com. Wix provides the online platform that allows us to operate our website and sell products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and applications. Wix stores data on secure servers behind a firewall. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Wix as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services.
Payment gateways offered through Wix and used by us are intended to adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
