Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

After an order has started production, we cannot cancel it.

Refund Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing or preference. For quality issues, we may refund or replace the item at our sole discretion. Orders are otherwise non-refundable.

You must email support a photograph of the quality issue.'

PayPal refunds appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.

Credit/debit card refunds appear in 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
